Q: What button sizes do you offer?
A: We currently offer buttons in both 1" and 2.25" sizes. In the future we will be adding new sizes. If there is a size you would like to see us carry, please let us know.

Q: How many buttons designs can I use per order?
A: You can submit up to 5 button designs per order. Just let us know the quantity of each design. For example, if you ordered 100 buttons you could get 5 designs, 20 of each design.

Q: Do you have a template I can use for my button layout?
A: Sure do. Click here to download our template zip file. It contains templates for Illustrator and Photoshop.

Q: I don't have Photoshop or Illustrator. What should I do?
A: Visit Adobe and download a FREE 30 day trial version of either Photoshop or Illustrator, or have us design your button for a low fee.

Q: I have an idea for a button design, but I'm hopeless when it comes to computers. Can you help me?
A: Certainly. Send us an email with your button design idea, and we'll get back to you with a quote for designing it. The price is typically between $7.50-$15 depending on the design.

Q: Is shipping included in the price? If not, How much is Shipping?

A: Shipping in not included, it will be invoiced to the customer, with the cost of product. We ship orders via XpressPost anywhere in Canada to ensure fast and safe delivery of your buttons. Shipping costs will depend on quantity and weight.

Q: What is your turnaround on button orders?

A: Buttons typically ship within 7-10 days business days. XpressPost can take 1-2 days on top of that.

Q: I need my buttons in less than 10 days. Can you do rush orders?
A: Chances are good that we can accomodate your rush order, but please contact us first to make sure. There is an additional fee based on how soon you require your buttons:

    Next Day (24hrs) - 90% of total cost
    2nd Day (48hrs) - 70% of total cost
    3rd Day (72hrs) - 60% of total cost
    4th Day (96hrs) - 50% of total cost
    5th Day (120hrs) - 40% of total cost
    6-9 Days - flat fee of $7.50

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are unsatisfied with your button order, then please return the buttons, within 30 days for a full money-back guarantee.
